WHO ARE THAD & SUSAN BAILEY
Thad Bailey started operating a tow truck full time out of college and felt that he could provide a new level of service excellence to the towing industry. “We do it right!” was the foundation for Thad’s business strategy and it meant you could expect honesty, service, decency, and class when you called a Bailey’s office. Bailey’s Towing, Inc. began in 1998 with one new International carrier and the vision that there is a place in the industry for an ethical towing company managed with class. From the start he took pride in the appearance of his equipment and personnel, the professionalism and manners of the staff and it’s standing in the community it served. With great success the business was sold allowing all of Thad’s time to be focused on product development. Developing new products for the towing industry had become Thad’s latest goal.
In 2009 Thad and his wife, Susan Bailey founded Bailey’s Towing Accessories, Inc. to allow the sharing of the tools developed, with the help of other industry leaders. They continue to develop new tools for the towing industry; the latest line of products includes the Bailey’s Synthetics™, Bailey’s Blue™, and Bailey’s Platinum™ line of products. They strive daily to live by their slogan, We Do It Right, not only in their business by in their daily lives. Bailey’s Towing Accessories, Inc. offers the finest towing & rigging equipment in the industry to its customers around the world.
Susan Bailey is the face of the company (only because Thad doesn’t do cameras) and attempts to keep Mr. Bailey, in line! She and Thad were married in 2002 and see it as a blessing to be able to work side by side in this thing called life. Together they run all aspects of the business and see each day as a blessing!
